Contracting with LCTA Workers' Comp

Requirements:

1. You must be a Louisiana Licensed Agent appointed with the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
2. You must maintain a Professional Liability Policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 limits.
3. You must commit to a new business premium volume for the first year contracted.
