Ross Campesi
Chairman
In 1990, Ross Campesi, Sr. created Louisiana Commerce & Trade Association to meet the workers' compensation needs of his own five companies. The success of this Fund led him to market LCTA to assist other Louisiana businesses with a cost effective workers' compensation solution. Having five different successful companies gave Mr. Campesi the experience and understanding of the difficulties many employers faced when dealing with workers' compensation coverage. This experience has led LCTA to be one of the most successful self-insured funds in the state.
